My story.

My path began with my own challenges, I had digestive issues, stress, and irritability that signaled it was time for a change. As someone who’s always loved cooking, exploring flavors, and learning about food, I turned to nutrition as my starting point.

In 2012, I completed the Nutrition Consultant program at Bauman College. The program’s holistic approach, rooted in nutritional biology, therapeutic foods, and the connection between diet, lifestyle, and spirit, deepened my understanding of how food truly supports healing.

By 2018, with encouragement from my acupuncturist, chiropractors, and the inspiration of my first herbal festival, I was called to take the next step. I completed Lise Wolff’s Three Seasons of Herbal Wisdom, an immersive program focused on local plant medicine. I fell in love with the practice—seeing, touching, and making remedies from the plants around me.

My story includes the support of Homeopathic remedies since I was a teenager, but I really became grounded in educating myself on Homeopathy when our second child was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. By his experience, my depth, knowledge and passion for Homeopathy has become the staple to my practice. This amazing medicine has changed mine and my family’s lives forever.

All of this work in combination creates the beauty of how I care for my children, family, and community.

Now, I’m honored to walk alongside others as they begin their own healing journeys.
