During the initial consultation, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted, integrating principles of both Western biology and traditional Chinese medicine. This includes pulse and tongue diagnostics. Homeopathic and Herbal remedies may be evaluated for suitability, and personalized nutritional recommendations will be offered as appropriate or upon request.
Initial consultations can be in-person or over the phone.

Follow-up sessions are shorter and designed to track your progress based on the updates you provide. During the visit, your current remedies will be reassessed and adjusted if necessary to better support your needs. Please remember to bring your remedies with you and avoid taking them on the day of your appointment.
